Mobility & Movement Preparation Workshop

Learn how to assess spot & fix problem areas so your clients move & perform BETTER.

The Mobility and Movement Preparation Course is for Gym Instructors who wish to learn more about flexibility, extensibility, range of motion, mobility, and self myofascial release in order to prevent movement dysfunction and injury. Simple myofascial and performance related injuries are preventable with the right flexibility and movement preparation strategy.

The Movement and Mobility course will help you understand movement patterns and how to analyse them to spot common problematic areas that should receive special attention so that your clients can move and perform better.

You will be able to spot areas that could have become problematic without the right attention. Clients can then reach their health and fitness goals pain free by improving their movement capacity and movement quality allowing better range of motion and therefore the ability to express their true body overall strength.

Simply by using their own body weight on the appropriate equipment they’ll be reducing pain and tension, and restoring normal muscle length and balance. Optimum muscle balance helps to provide optimum joint motion leading to increased performance.
